This home is located in a natural desert environment, and wildlife may be present. Most wildlife is harmless; however, you may encounter rattlesnakes, coyotes, and scorpions. Rattlesnakes are typically inactive from late fall through early spring. During warmer months, we recommend making noise as you move around the property to alert snakes to your presence and allow them time to retreat.
Please use caution when outdoors, supervise children and pets closely, and do not approach or disturb any wildlife.
Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM. We kindly ask that you refrain from hosting parties or creating excessive noise during your stay, as we strive to maintain a peaceful environment for both our guests and neighbors. Amplified outdoor sounds are strictly prohibited.
