Some roads leading to the property may be unpaved or steep — please check weather conditions and plan your drive accordingly. Note that there is also limited cell service in certain areas near the home, so saving directions, wifi, and access codes ahead of time is recommended.

This home follows a strict maximum occupancy rule. Please make sure that the total number of guests accompanying you (including both children and adults) doesn’t exceed the indicated maximum occupancy above to avoid cancellation of your stay and additional fees.

This is a pet-free hypoallergenic space. No pets are allowed inside the home to maintain a hypoallergenic area as much as possible for our guests’ comfort.

The pool is available year-round. There is a $200/day fee for pool heating at this home. Note that heating in the winter may not be as effective due to ambient temperatures. Please contact the Concierge team at least 72 hours before your arrival if you would like the pool heated during your stay.

The desert is home to wildlife and spiky native plants like cacti, yuccas, ocotillos, palo verdes, junipers, and Joshua trees. To ensure the safety of children, it is recommended to pass around these with caution and distance.

Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM. We kindly ask that you refrain from hosting parties or creating excessive noise during your stay, as sound travels in the desert, and we strive to maintain a peaceful environment for both our guests and neighbors. Amplified outdoor sounds are strictly prohibited, and reported disruption may result in eviction.
