Island Estates is a quiet waterfront neighborhood on its own island, with views of Mandalay Channel, a mix of homes and condos, shops like Island Way Grill and nearby marinas.

GOOD TO KNOW
• Minimum stay: 28 nights. Monthly discount available.
• All guests complete a background check during booking.
• Longer stays need a basic lease agreement approved by the HOA (about 24 hours).
• Maximum occupancy: 4 guests. Unregistered guests aren't permitted without approval and are subject to a $150 fine.
• No pets. Undisclosed pets are subject to a $150 fine.
• No smoking inside the condo, including the sunroom.
• No parties or large gatherings. Quiet hours are 11 PM to 10 AM; we have great neighbors.
• Exterior security cameras are in place for guest and property safety.
• Check-in 4:00 PM, check-out 10:00 AM.
