It sits on a big, quiet waterfront lot that feels like a private retreat, but you’re still just 10 minutes away from the beach and Las Olas when you want to head out.
It’s set up specifically to make extended stays easy, whether you’re working remotely, relocating to the area, or just taking a long vacation.
The Space & Daily Living:
Remote Work Friendly: There’s fast, reliable Wi-Fi throughout the house and smart TVs in every room when you’re ready to unwind.
On the Water: The backyard has a private dock, kayaks you can use, and a BBQ grill. It's a great spot to hang out and catch the sunset after work.
Fully Stocked Kitchen: An open, bright layout with high-end appliances and everything you need to actually cook and live comfortably without constantly ordering takeout.
Great Sleep: Every bedroom has a comfortable king-size bed with crisp, fresh white linens.
Convenience: A full-size washer and dryer are right on-site and free to use, which makes long stays a lot easier.

Fort lauderdale beach, Las Olas, Wilton Drive, and so much more are all located within 10 minutes driving.
Fort Lauderdale International Airport is about 20-25 minutes away.
While there are some great places to walk to close by, we recommend either driving or using Uber/Lyft to get around.
