GUEST VERIFICATION:
To help ensure a smooth and secure stay for all guests, the primary guest listed on the reservation may be asked to complete a quick verification process within 48 hours of booking, depending on the platform used to book the reservation.

Prior to check-in, guests may also be asked to sign a Rental Agreement that includes:

• Agreeing to our rental terms and conditions and, on certain booking platforms, providing a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card before arrival.
• Guests must be 25 years or older to book this property.
• Local guests please contact me prior to booking.
• No parties allowed—violations may result in immediate termination
  of the stay.
  -Exterior security cameras are located at the front door/doorbell, facing the driveway, facing the pool equipment area, and facing the dock. Cameras monitor exterior areas only and do not monitor interior spaces.
• Parking is available for 5 vehicles in the street.
• Pets upon request. Up to 2 dogs are allowed for $125 per stay (no cats). We kindly ask that your dog is crate trained and that you pick up
  after your dog.
• If you open it, close it; if you borrow it, return it; if you turn it on,
  turn it off; if you break it, fix it; if you use it, take care of it; if you
  make a mess, clean it up; if you move it, put it back
