Living Areas – Two living rooms in the main house plus one in the guest house. One sofa converts to a queen sleeper for flexible sleeping arrangements.
Kitchens – Fully stocked indoor chef’s kitchen + outdoor kitchen with gas grill, fridge, sink, dining table and wall-mounted TV.
Bathrooms – 4 sparkling full baths stocked with fluffy towels and starter toiletries.
Laundry – Washer & dryer so you can pack light.

OUTDOOR OASIS
Step through sliding doors to your fenced backyard paradise: heated salt-water pool (heating $100/night, 48-hour notice), umbrellas, sun loungers and lush palms that set the vacation mood instantly.

Gig-speed Wi-Fi, multiple smart TVs and driveway parking for up to 3 cars keep both workcations and family getaways stress-free.

PET-FRIENDLY
Bringing Fido? Up to 2 crate-trained dogs are welcome for a $400 pet fee (sorry, no cats).

• Quiet hours 10 PM–8 AM – we love our neighbors!
• Pool must be heated for entire stay if selected (Oct–May recommended)
• Both garages are owner-locked; parking is in driveway & alley only

• If we dont have a same day check-in or check-out, we will do our absoulte best to accomodate different times*

• Up to 2 dogs are allowed for $400 per stay, no cats please. We kindly ask that your dog is crate trained and that you pick up after your dog.
• Parking in the driveway for 2-3 cars max. 1 spot on 26th Street Entrance, 1-2 spots in alley behind house.
• Heated pool fee is $100/night. We recommend heating the pool in the months between October and May each year. We require at least a 2-day notice before your arrival if you'd like the pool heated. Pool must be heated for the entirety of your stay. Thank you!
• Quiet Hours: 10pm-8am. While we support you having fun, we are in a residential neighborhood and want to be respectful of our neighbors!
