Offering three more comfortable bedrooms and a Murphy bed for the 4th sleeping area or an office away from home adds to the experience—an additional queen-sized Murphy bed in the recreational room downstairs. Flop on the huge couch in front of the fireplace, large windows open to mountain views, or watch TV. Top-end stainless steel finishes throughout the home, including the utterly modern kitchen, with an oversized fridge for all your groceries, gas stove, air conditioning, EV car charger, attached garage, and gas fireplace that comes on with a click of the remote for your ease and convenience. The main level has a Kitchen, Office/Murphy Bedroom, Living Room, and Primary Suite. The walkout level has an additional living room with entertainment galore! There is a popcorn machine, games, a game table, a TV, a sitting area, and a full wet bar for entertainment and convenience. There are three more bedrooms and two more bathrooms, a Murphy bed, a separate washer and dryer area, and a wonderful "mud room" directly inside the attached garage to store outdoor gear or just a nice place to put odds and ends. This home doesn't stop there. We also have a full pup wash in the garage for your furry friends when coming home from a long day of fun outdoors. Clean up and forget the inside mess in the heated garage. This home is on a circle drive in a new neighborhood with paved streets for added convenience and a quiet location to enjoy the outdoors. There is a large deck on the back of the property with direct access from the kitchen or Primary Suite, twinkling overhead lights to build ambiance, a grill, and outdoor seating. The front porch has unobstructed views of the mountainside, and the walkout lower level has even more to offer. There is an additional outdoor patio and entertaining area out the sliding doors from the lower-level living room.
