This stunning two level home was completely renovated - all new bathrooms, brand new kitchen with high end appliances and a great wet bar added upstairs - floors are new, interior freshly painted with new fixtures- the house is ready for guests!

As you enter the home, on the main level to your left you'll see a beautiful kitchen with open floor plan creating great flow to the dining and living room areas - check out the oversized dining room table, perfect for hosting large family dinners!

Head lakeside and you'll find three rooms with beds including the first floor primary with en-suite bathroom that has a great views of Lake Norman & two rooms with Queen over Queen bunks.

Head to the upper level and you'll find three additional rooms with beds including the upper level primary with some of the best views in the house! The best part of the upper level? The combo game and living room! Turn on the game and get ready for some competition as you'll find a classic arcade game, foos ball table and an entertainers wet bar perfect making cocktails!

Nestled right off of the shore of Lake Norman is your private, seasonally heated pool - separate hot tub and tons of places to sit outside, enjoy the views and relax! Looking for a bit of covered protection from the sun? You have options as you can enjoy the swing off the main level or head upstairs to the covered porch!....and if you are ready to take in the rays, head pool side where we have multiple lounge chairs and a double dining room table that will be great for evening meals lakeside! At night, you can head over the firepit with a starter set of firewood provided & enjoy S'Mores, stories and laughter!

• The pool is seasonally heated to 81 degrees between April 15th and October 15th each year - heating the pool during the off-season MAY be an option, additional fees would apply and heating the pool may not be an option due to outdoor temperatures.
• Exterior cameras are located on the property to protect during periods of vacancy.
• This home is on a private well and 3 bedroom septic system with 6 sleeping areas available for guests providing flexible sleeping opportunities.
• Lake Norman is a man made lake, water levels will vary throughout the year.
