Located close to many major Pocono attractions such as Big Boulder (7 mi), Jack Frost (15 mi), and Camelback (20 mi) ski destinations, indoor water parks, ATV adventures, paintball, white water rafting, historic Jim Thorpe, Penn’s Peak, horseback riding, state parks, golfing, fishing, Mount Airy Casino, The Crossings Outlets, Pocono Raceway, and much more.

Every booking will receive 5 wristbands for the seasonal Community Amenities and a pass for your vehicle(s). Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM on weekdays and 11 PM to 8 AM on weekends. Guests are required to read and sign the Towamensing Trails Rules of Conduct before being given access to the community.

Although rare, community amenities closures due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., understaffing, lake bacteria levels, etc.) can occur at any time without notice and are beyond our control. Refunds will not be issued for such events.

Located in the private, amenity-filled community of Towamensing Trails, you will have access to the entire home and the community's amenities.

Within a 10-minute walk or a 5-minute drive from the cabin, the community offers the following amenities:

• 190-acre spring-fed lake (PA fishing license required - temp one can be obtained online)
• A well-maintained, clean, sand beach (open Memorial Day to Labor Day)
• Private community pool (open Memorial Day to Labor Day) open weekends only until Father’s Day weekend
• Basketball, tennis, and volleyball courts
• Playground
• Pedal boat rentals during the summer
• 24-hour security patrol

This property is smoke-free and drug-free. Additional cleaning fee for smoking in the house: $1,000

No parties or events are allowed. Contact us before booking if you're not sure.

You must be 21 years or older to rent. No third-party bookings are allowed, meaning the person booking must be one of the guests. No professional videography/photography is allowed.

All bookings will be required to complete the following before getting access to the property:
✓ Full name and identification of the person booking along with full names and license plates of all individuals bringing a vehicle.
✓ Acceptance of the Towamensing Trails Rules of Conduct
✓ Completion of the STR Registration (eSign link sent via Airbnb inbox)

Any fines imposed for violation of community rules will be assessed to the renter.

Please accurately book the correct number of adults, children, and dogs. Your reservation must reflect the number of guests. Rates are affected by your group size. We confirm the number of guests in each party at the time of check-in. If you wish to add additional guests to your reservation, you can do so anytime by logging into Airbnb and clicking “Modify/Change Reservation.” Additional guests must be added for the entire reservation even if they’re only staying one night.

PETS:
By prior arrangement and payment of the $50/per pet fee, we welcome up to two housebroken dogs. Please do not allow dogs on the beds or furniture at any time. No evidence may be left behind of them, inside or outside the home.

HOT TUB USE:
The hot tub is thoroughly cleaned, sanitized, and deemed safe before each guest's stay. All hot tub use is considered at your own risk.

Children under 8 years old are not allowed in the hot tub, and children under 15 years old must be supervised at all times. Please remove creams and lotions including sunblock before entering the hot tub. Bubble product of any kind is strictly prohibited as they can damage the hot tub and disrupt the pH balance.

WAIVER
You and all other members of your party are permitted to use our home, deck, BBQ, stove, fireplace, hot tub, and any other property or amenities per the terms of the Airbnb rental agreement. However, you do so at your own risk and you agree to absolve and hold us, your hosts, harmless from any liability arising from your stay.
