This charming condo is ideally located on the west edge of Vail Village, offering a prime spot between both Lionshead and Vail Village. Just a short walk to either village, or hop on the in-town bus with a stop right outside the complex. The cozy living room has a wood-burning fireplace and great views to the ski slopes. The open-concept living, dining, and kitchen area provides a spacious feel, with the dining room comfortably seating six. For added convenience, there’s a full-size washer and dryer, plus a building elevator for easy access to the 3rd floor. Within walking distance to Vail Hospital, Vail Mountain ski slopes, restaurants, shops and entertainment this condo is the perfect mountain getaway with everything you need just steps away.
FEATURES: Main bedroom has a Full bed, 2nd bedroom has a full and a twin. There is a queen sofa sleeper in the living room.
NO Air-conditioning, but we are at 8000 feet elevation. In the summer, opening a balcony door or windows cools the condo pretty quickly, but then you may hear some highway noise. This is not really a problem in the winter.
