Positioned on the 2nd floor, the apartment features 1 bedroom, an open living room/kitchen layout, a private washer/dryer, and abundant natural light streaming through the expansive front windows.
Spacious windows illuminate the living room and kitchen area, furnished with a high top table for three, a desk, and a comfortable sofa. The kitchen comes stocked with essential items. The bedroom boasts a luxurious king-sized bed, and the hallway leading to the bathroom features a stackable washer/dryer. The bathroom itself includes a convenient tub/shower combo.
The entire apartment is at your disposal. There's just one locked mechanical closet, but apart from that, you have unrestricted access to every part of the space. The entire apartment is yours during your visit to Savannah. You won't encounter us unless there's a specific issue in the apartment that requires our assistance. Your privacy and comfort are our priorities.
Street parking is metered and enforced from 8 am to 8 pm. Alternatively, there's a paid parking garage located at the corner of West State and Drayton Street, with a daily rate of $20. Price is subject to change without notice.
