Hot Tub

How to Turn On:
Increase the temperature of the hot tub by using the up and down arrows.
Select the Jets button to turn jets on and off. If jets are not running, use your hand to tighten or loosen the jet on the physical jet.
Fire Pit
To Turn Fire Pit On/Off:
Turn the dial all the way to the left. The large key tied to a rope is the dial.
Once the gas is going hover a lighter over the pipes under the rocks, this will start the fire.
To turn off the fire, simply turn the dial all the way to the right and wait for the fire to go down.
Sauna

How to Use:
To turn on the lights to the Sauna switch the red switch on the outside of the structure. To turn on the sauna below the heater there is a dial for desired heat and a dial for desired time. Place the heat up to whatever you desire (the highest level will warm up the fastest) and then set the timer for how long you plan to be in the sauna.
If there is a problem with the sauna starting there is a reset button in a metal hole under the sauna heater. This will re-set the pilot and allow the sauna heater to reboot.

How to Turn It On:
There should be a controller by the door of each room upstairs. It's located to the right of the door as you enter.
Troubleshooting:
If it's not working, try pressing the top two buttons (the small circles on the left) to select which blind to control, then press the down arrow.
Sonos

How to Reset Sonos:
Unplug the power cord. Press and hold the Join button ( or ) while reconnecting the power cord. If your product doesn’t have a Join button, you can instead press and hold the Play / Pause or Mute button while reconnecting power. Continue holding the button until the light flashes orange and white. The light will flash green when the process is complete and the product is ready to be set up. You can add your Sonos product back to your system by following the steps in our Add a new product to an existing Sonos system article.
How to Re-Add Sonos:
Open the Sonos app on your iOS or Android device. From the Settings tab, tap System > Add Product. Follow the on-screen prompts to add your product to your system.

Fireplace

How to Turn It On:
Hold down the on button on either the remote or the wall for 2-3 seconds and wait until you hear the fireplace turning on. Then adjust the flame size from either the remote or the wall.
If the fireplace will not turn on, pop off the metal frame around the fireplace, and click the red reset button, or manually turn it on from there. Be aware it takes a few seconds for the fireplace to start up so do not continue to click on the button, or this will make the fireplace go on and off.
If there seems to be no gas going to the fireplace, turn the key knob under the fireplace all the way to the left.

There is one button on the top of the air purifier. Tap this button to increase the speed of the fan, to turn the fan off tap this button until it has cycled through its settings and then it will shut off.
Thermostat
How to Use Thermostat:
In the thermostat, there will be a setting of the current room temperature when you click to increase or decrease the new display will show what temperature air is being pushed out. If you continue to increase or decrease the temperature and are not hearing or air coming from the vent. Go to the vent below and turn the knob so air will flow.

This TV is controlled by the thin black remote in the gym. If it is not starting from the remote you can manually turn the TV on with the button in the center under the screen.

Tap the screen or start rowing. This will prompt the screen to startup, it will ask you to log in to an account, you can either choose the anchor bay account and start your workout, or you can select the new account and log in to your own.

How to Turn On:
You can either start pedaling or tap the screen. You will be prompted to log in to an account. You can then choose to track calorie mode and simply bike, or you can select a program for views or a workout guide.

To use machines first turn them on, and then toggle to the setting you want to use and select the play button.
To open either mid-wash, press the pause button and then wait a few seconds then open the door.

Projector Screen

How to Use:
The white TV remote will prompt the screen to come up when the projector is turned on.
If the screen is not coming up, go over to the left side of the screen and turn the red and black switch on and off again.
Projector

How to Use:
To turn on Projector use the white remote. Click on and give the projector a few seconds to warm up and for the screen to come up from behind.
To get to the home screen click the home button on the remote. The volume and channel buttons are switches, not buttons so move up and down to adjust the volume or change a channel.
Fireplace

How to Turn On:
Grey Remote: To turn on the fireplace simply clock mode on the remote and the toggle to on. Then adjust the temperature with the up and down buttons on the remote.
If the remote is not working, under the fireplace there is an ignition button and a gas supply deal. turn the gas supply up to the desired amount, and then click the ignition button and this will manually start the fireplace.
Ceiling Fan
How to Use:
You can control the fan using a remote - it should be on the coffee table or on the table next to the projector.
