Custom Charges

You can now charge guests for extras directly from your Wander dashboard, whether it’s a pet fee, late checkout, or a mid-stay cleaning. Create the charge, collect payment, and keep track of it alongside the reservation all in WanderOS.

Create a charge

Add an item, like a late checkout or winery tour, and enter the amount. Include an optional note to give the guest more detail.

Collect payment

Email the guest a secure payment link, or charge an eligible card on file.

Keep track of what’s paid

See payment activity in one place. Resend a request when a guest needs a reminder, cancel it if plans change, or refund any payment.
