How to Get Your Virtual Key
Follow these easy steps to access the home
Thank you for booking a Wander Home, a network of smart homes. If you booked through the Wander app, your trip is already in the app. If you booked through another platform, follow these steps to get your virtual key and home guide. You will also be able to access the Tesla from the Wander app.
To get your virtual key for your trip:
Download the Wander app
Make an account
Text Wander Concierge at +1-737-377-3205 or go to the Concierge tab on the app to have them add your trip to your account.
Once you see your trip in the Wander app, you can access all your booking details, including the home manual, access codes, and passwords. Additionally, you will find recommendations for activities and dining options to enhance your overall experience!
A lock icon will be available in the app to unlock the front door upon check-in. Back-up access codes are also provided in the home manuals for convenience.
Have multiple people staying with you who need access? Let Concierge know you'd like guests added to your trip.
You'll be all set and able to unlock the home from the app at 4 pm on your check-in date.
