Safety precautions

For a memorable grilling experience, safety must come first! Ensure that children and pets are kept far away from the grill, and never leave the grill unattended while cooking.

Also, avoid placing flammable materials on the grill that could potentially catch fire, such as gasoline, debris, wood, etc. Remember these tips to make grilling as safe and enjoyable as possible!

How to turn on/off the grill

You could easily find the grill across the outdoor dining table, next to the hot tub – an ideal spot for hosting an evening of grilling during your vacation!

  • To get started, make sure all the burner knobs are in the "Off" position. This grill uses propane, so ensure the gas supply hose is free from cuts, wear, and abrasion before turning on the gas.

  • Light your main burner by turning the control knob to the flame/lightning icon while simultaneously pressing and holding the electronic ignition button on the left end. As soon as the burner is lit, release the electronic ignition button and knob.

  • If the burner fails to ignite, wait for five minutes to allow any excess gas to disperse, then try again.

  • When you’re finished, simply turn the knobs to the "Off" position and turn off the gas supply.

Troubleshooting steps

In case the ignitor button is not working, you can manually light the gas dials using a grill lighter. You'll find a rechargeable lighter in the house to use. However, before doing so, it is important to wait for at least 5 minutes to allow any accumulated gas to dissipate.

Bonus: Grilling Tips!

  1. Preheat the grill before cooking, and don’t overcrowd it to ensure that your food cooks evenly.

  2. Use separate plates and utensils for handling raw and cooked food.

  3. Add sugar-based sauces, like BBQ sauce, at the end of cooking to avoid burning.

  4. Trim excess fat from foods to reduce flare-ups while cooking.

  5. Have fun and experiment with different techniques to keep things interesting.

  6. Finally, enjoy your delicious grilled food with family and friends!
