1923 S. Beach Club, 3 Bdrm w/views of the Sound, Heated Pool, STR #025875

Steps from the beach with a perfect little pool, we saw baby sea turtles, dozens of dolphins, and a perfect sunset every night of our stay.

This villa was so well-appointed. Each bedroom was very roomy and inviting. The living space was very comfortable and we enjoyed gathering to enjoy the breathtaking views. Sunsets were are favorite time of day to enjoy the lanai right off the kitehen. With an elderly mother and a special-needs daughter, the distance to the beach and the convenience of the pool made accessing these amenities simple.

The South Beach Club is a great place to stay - perfect location, clean & beautiful units, right on the water. We loved seeing the deer on the property & an array of animals in the Sound including lots of dolphins! My only complaint is that we specifically reserved a unit with private access to the pool & beach and were given a different one where the access was quite cumbersome. Upon arrival, I immediately called the management company & the person I spoke to picked up the phone, even after hours (check-in is at 4:00 & they close at 4:00 on Fridays) and she was very friendly & professional, but informed me that the unit I actually reserved was unavailable. She said she would reach out to the owner & get back to me regarding any sort of compensation. I never heard back from her and had to follow up after returning home. This time I spoke to Jodi and I received a credit within hours. Although we were disappointed at the mixup and really wanted that direct access, the unit was lovely and the service Jodi provided was outstanding. The unit itself was very nice - immaculate, with comfortable beds, lots of living space and an amazing primary bed & bath. This unit also provided lots of beach accessories which the original one did not, so that was very nice. It had a decent amount of pots & pans for cooking, but bring your own seasonings & oils - only s&p were provided (same w other unit). The location is fabulous - easy walk to The Salty Dog, pickleball, the beach & and a quick drive to Harbor Town (our best meal out was at The Quarterdeck there), other HH attractions, grocery stores & anything else you need. It rained quite a bit while we were there, so we didn't rent bikes as intended, but the bike/walk paths around the area looked wonderful. Overall, we would definitely stay at South Beach Club again!
