We needed a cheap place to sleep at night while in town for a wedding. It served that purpose perfectly. The mattresses are firm as others pointed out but I like firm. No issues with the AC at all. It looked like new split units had been put in. In fact it was too cold when we got there as someone had set them all in the 60s. While the neighborhood isn't the best it's really just a half block area and even then all the neighbors were friendly. It was easy to walk my dog. If doing so go straight out the front door across the intersection. There's a park down there and further down an older graveyard. I had no real issues at all and would stay there again.

Our employees were very pleased with their stay. The house was clean, comfortable, and as described. The host was helpful and responsive. Highly recommended!

My son and I stayed at this location for a showcase baseball tournament in the Greenville area. the Airbnb location was perfect for that event. also right near the Greer downtown area for boutique shopping and local dining.
