It is our top priority to provide a clean and safe location for our guests. In addition to enhanced cleaning protocol from our professional cleaners, we provide a contact-free check in. The entrance-way is also in open air which allows you to avoid enclosed hallways/crowded check in areas!

Parking: Two private driveways with secure parking for trailers, boats, and motorcycles. No street parking allowed.

Entry: Self check-in with keypad. Please note there are exterior security cameras present

Kitchen: Large side-by-side fridge with dual ice maker, flat top electric stove, microwave, dishwasher, small appliances, pots, pans, and dishes.

Dining Room: Table for six plus folding table, beverage bar with Keurig and traditional coffee makers and accessories for mixed drinks.

Living Area: 4K streaming TV with sound bar and subwoofer, vaulted ceilings, and spacious seating including sleeper queen sofa.

Bedroom 1 - King bed, 70-inch 4K streaming TV, desk, and master bath with walk in shower.
Bedroom 2 - Queen bed, 70-inch 4K streaming TV, and desk.
Bedroom 3 - Sleeper queen sofa, 70-inch 4K streaming TV, arcade console, and desk.

Game Room - Sleeper queen sofa, pool table, and 75-inch 4K streaming TV with 4K HDMI input.

Washer & Dryer - Modern high efficiency machines.

Televisions: Roku streaming TVs with auto logout upon checkout.

Marsh: Walk to marsh or drive to nearby beach access.

Provided: 2 adult bicycles, beach towels, a beach umbrella, beach cart, beach chairs, and beach toys. Extra thick folding sleeping pads.

Cleaning/Linens: Professional cleaning company utilized to ensure a deep clean prior to each new booking. Linens are provided. Starter kit of toilet paper/paper towels provided but guest will be responsible for any resupply needed during stay.

Guests will have private parking and can drive to all of the restaurants, shopping, and attractions that the area has to offer. You can also request and Uber, Lyft, or get a taxi.

PLEASE NOTE: Host and Co-Hosts do not maintain or have control of common amenities or areas including but not limited to: nearby grounds, sidewalks, etc.

*Trash pickup is on Wednesday

Feel free to bring your beach towels, toys, chairs or other items for your stay.

By the HOA guidelines, we kindly ask that the booking guest needs to be at least 25 years of age or older with identity verified through the booking platform

PLEASE NOTE:

1. Guests are required to complete a rental agreement and upload a valid government ID that matches the name of the booker on the agreement. If the form is not signed or the information does not match the reservation, the reservation may need to be canceled in accordance with our cancellation policy.
2. In the event that a settlement is required due to any disputes, the other party must agree to and sign a resolution agreement. This document will outline the terms of the settlement and ensure that both parties fully agree to those terms.
