Spacious Retreat Near Swamp Rabbit &Cherrydale

Perfect place to hang out with family in Greenville; 5 bedrooms, 3 full baths, kitchen, dining, living. Ample parking. Dan helped us add an extra day, for a last minute change in plans. Peaceful neighborhood 8-9 minutes from downtown plus groceries & restaurants 4 minutes away. When booking I hesitated that pets are allowed, but I saw no signs at all of pet hair, stains or anything; their policies and cleaning work well. Would definitely stay here again.

This was the perfect place for a large group to stay in Greenville, SC. It was a reasonable drive to the downtown area and not far from the grocery store, gas station, etc. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed and there was plenty of beds/bedrooms. The host responded very quickly to questions and was very friendly. I would definitely recommend this for people who would like to be close to the downtown area without all the traffic.

I was in town for my daughter’s wedding, and this house was perfect to serve as a home base. We were able to stage all the flowers and decorations until the venue was ready, and host other friends and family who were also coming from out of town. Best part was a first floor bedroom with an en suite bathroom with step in shower for my elderly dad. The only caution I have is to watch the stairs as you are coming down. The stair treads and landing kind of blend together. They are beautiful wood treads, and were fine once we realized and told everyone to be careful. The place was sparkling clean, matched the description. The beds were very comfortable.
