Guests have exclusive use of the entire home, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, living areas, laundry, rooftop decks, and pool. Parking is available for up to 5 vehicles. The elevator provides easy access from the garage to all levels, including the rooftop.
Beach Gear - Guest reservations of 3 to 21 nights receive a valuable credit to use towards beach gear rentals during your stay! You may use your credit for bicycles, beach chairs, umbrellas, beach carts, kayaks, stand-up paddle-boards, and more – the choice is yours! Bonus for booking your vacation with IOP Escapes!
Linens / Toiletries - All bed linens, kitchen towels, and bath towels are provided for your convenience. Also included is a "starter set" of toiletries such as toilet paper, bath & dish soaps, shampoo & conditioner, paper towels, etc., but please keep in mind you will most likely need to purchase these items after your initial arrival.
Elevator: Instructions for elevator use will be included in your electronic Guest Guide, which will be texted to you 14 days prior to arrival.
Pets Welcome: Pet fee of $300 per stay for up to 2 Dogs
