🚗 Guest Access & Parking
Guests have private access to the entire home, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, living areas, laundry, pool, and rooftop deck. Parking accommodates up to 6 vehicles, and an elevator provides easy access to all levels. Beach gear credit, linens, and starter toiletries are included.
Heated Pool - No Additional Charge - In the event of unseasonably freezing or cold weather, it is possible that pool heating may not be operable or available, as heating temperatures typically only reach 15 - 20 degrees higher than current outside temps and may still not be warm enough to enjoy.
Beach Gear - Guest reservations of 3 to 21 nights receive a valuable credit to use towards beach gear rentals during your stay! You may use your credit for bicycles, beach chairs, umbrellas, beach carts, kayaks, stand-up paddle-boards, and more – the choice is yours! Bonus for booking your vacation with IOP Escapes!
Linens / Toiletries - All bed linens, kitchen towels and bath towels are provided for your convenience. Also included is a "starter set" of toiletries such as toilet paper, bath & dish soaps, shampoo & conditioner, paper towels, etc. but please keep in mind you will most likely need to purchase these items after your initial arrival.
Elevator - For the convenience and comfort of all our guests, elevator access is reserved exclusively for those with mobility issues. We understand the importance of accessibility and strive to accommodate the needs of every individual. In order to ensure the smooth operation and maintenance of the elevator, an additional $500 security deposit will be charged for its use. This deposit will be promptly refunded at the end of the stay provided that no issues or damages are reported with the elevator. We value the safety and satisfaction of our guests and aim to provide a seamless experience during their stay.
