With six bedrooms, the home comfortably sleeps all of your guests, providing space for everyone to unwind.

Enjoy a private saltwater pool, year-round fire pit, and outdoor kitchen with grill. Pool heating available for an additional charge. Lounge on the deck, entertain friends, or watch the game on the outdoor Smart TV. The home’s outdoor spaces are perfect for relaxing and making memories.
🚗 Guest Access & Parking
Guests have private use of the entire home, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, living areas, laundry, and outdoor pool/deck. Parking accommodates up to 6 vehicles. Elevator access is available for convenience.
Beach Gear - Guest reservations of 3 to 21 nights receive a valuable credit to use towards beach gear rentals during your stay! You may use your credit for bicycles, beach chairs, umbrellas, beach carts, kayaks, stand-up paddle-boards, and more – the choice is yours! Bonus for booking your vacation with IOP Escapes!
Linens / Toiletries - All bed linens, kitchen towels and bath towels are provided for your convenience. Also included is a "starter set" of toiletries such as toilet paper, bath & dish soaps, shampoo & conditioner, paper towels, etc. but please keep in mind you will most likely need to purchase these items after your initial arrival.
Elevator: Instructions for elevator use will be included in your electronic Guest Guide which will be texted to you 14 days prior to arrival.
