Pool level includes a large private pool, hot tub, enclosed outdoor shower, sauna, fire pit, ping pong table, and putting green. The rooftop deck features a grill, dining area, TV, chaise loungers, and ocean views—perfect for entertaining or relaxing with a sea breeze.
🚗 Guest Access & Parking
Guests have exclusive use of the home, outdoor areas, pool, rooftop deck, and all amenities. Parking for up to 6 vehicles is included. Elevator access is available with prior arrangements and security deposit.
Linens / Toiletries - All bed linens, kitchen towels and bath towels are provided for your convenience. Also included is a "starter set" of toiletries such as toilet paper, bath & dish soaps, shampoo & conditioner, paper towels, etc. but please keep in mind you will most likely need to purchase these items after your initial arrival.
Pool Access: Private Pool, *Can be heated for an additional fee of $275/night
Elevators - For the convenience and comfort of all our guests, elevator access is reserved exclusively for those with mobility issues. We understand the importance of accessibility and strive to accommodate the needs of every individual. In order to ensure the smooth operation and maintenance of the elevator, an additional $500 security deposit will be charged for its use. This deposit will be promptly refunded at the end of the stay provided that no issues or damages are reported with the elevator. We value the safety and satisfaction of our guests and aim to provide a seamless experience during their stay.
