Wide windows bring in natural light and views of the pool deck and fenced yard, making indoor and outdoor living feel effortlessly connected.

The chef’s kitchen is designed for cooking and connecting, with a large central island, full-size stainless appliances, and generous prep space. You’ll find cookware, dishes, utensils, and glassware ready for home-style meals, as well as a spacious dining table for group dinners and post-beach breakfasts. The island offers casual seating so family and friends can linger with a drink while the chef of the group puts the finishing touches on dinner.

Southern Grace offers six thoughtfully arranged bedrooms to comfortably sleep up to 12 guests:
*Primary King Suite – King bed with an ensuite bath featuring a walk-in shower and sleek finishes.
*King Bedroom 2 – King bed with access to an ensuite bath.
*King Bedroom 3 – King bed with access to an ensuite bath.
*King Bedroom 4 – King bed with ensuite half bath.
*Queen Bedroom – Queen bed with an ensuite bath.
*Bunk Room – Four twin beds in a dedicated bunk space with its own ensuite bath with a shower / tub combo, a great retreat for kids and teens.
Each bedroom is finished with plush bedding and coastal-inspired touches to create a restful end to each day.

With seven bathrooms (five full, two half), everyone has space to refresh and reset. The primary ensuite features a walk-in shower and refined fixtures, while additional full baths offer walk-in showers or a tub/shower combination for families with younger children. Two convenient half baths make it easy for guests to freshen up between pool time, beach trips, and dinners out.

The elevated private pool and integrated spa are true standouts, creating a resort-style backdrop for your stay.
