Step outside to the heated* saltwater pool and spa with an adjacent outdoor shower, or relax on one of the private balconies overlooking the water. Just minutes from the beach, you can enjoy sunbathing, swimming, and the soothing sounds of the ocean.
🚗 Guest Access & Parking
Guests have exclusive use of the entire home, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, living areas, laundry, pool, and balconies. Parking is available for up to 5 vehicles. The elevator provides handicap-accessible access from the garage to all three floors, making the home easy to navigate.
Heated Pool - No Additional Charge - In the event of unseasonably freezing or cold weather, it is possible that pool heating may not be operable or available, as heating temperatures typically only reach 15 - 20 degrees higher than current outside temps and may still not be warm enough to enjoy.
Beach Gear - Guest reservations of 3 to 21 nights receive a valuable credit to use towards beach gear rentals during your stay! You may use your credit for bicycles, beach chairs, umbrellas, beach carts, kayaks, stand-up paddle-boards, and more – the choice is yours! Bonus for booking your vacation with IOP Escapes!
Linens / Toiletries - All bed linens, kitchen towels and bath towels are provided for your convenience. Also included is a "starter set" of toiletries such as toilet paper, bath & dish soaps, shampoo & conditioner, paper towels, etc. but please keep in mind you will most likely need to purchase these items after your initial arrival.
Elevator: Instructions for elevator use will be included in your electronic Guest Guide which will be texted to you 14 days prior to arrival.
