Highlights include a heated inground gated pool, expansive backyard, elevator, and a wheelchair-accessible suite with wide doors and a barrier-free shower. The home offers multiple gathering spaces, a stocked game room with its own kitchenette, TVs in every bedroom and a gourmet kitchen ideal for entertaining.

Enjoy the gated, heated* pool in the backyard or relax on one of the wrap-around porches on the 2nd and 3rd levels with ocean views. The top-level porch is ideal for sipping coffee at sunrise or enjoying evening cocktails. The pool area includes seating and space for outdoor fun.
🚗 Guest Access & Parking
Guests have full access to the home, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, living areas, laundry, and outdoor spaces. Parking is provided for up to 4 vehicles. Elevator access makes moving between levels easy. One bedroom and bath are wheelchair accessible.
Elevator: Instructions for elevator use will be included in your electronic Guest Guide which will be texted to you 14 days prior to arrival.
