Perfectly situated on the Isle of Palms strip in Oceanside Villas, across the street from the beach. Just renovated with a modern, neat and clean vibe, this Isle of Palms rental is a real-life vacation fantasy! Your stay includes access to a community pool, a private pier, community washers and dryers, and free parking for one vehicle, eliminating the hassle of finding beach parking. The pool is conveniently located right outside your balcony, allowing you to watch your kids while relaxing indoors.

The Isle of Palms strip boasts a variety of restaurants, shops, ice cream spots and bars, making it easy to enjoy your stay without needing to drive. A grocery store is within walking distance, although you may prefer driving for the convenience of carrying groceries. This fully furnished unit is equipped with everything you need for cooking and dining, as well as linens and towels (one per guest). Take advantage of the nearby Wild Dunes community to play at their renowned golf courses.

Additional Details:
No washer/dryer inside the unit; community facilities are available in the sister complex across the street and accept coins or an app payment. No smoking or pets allowed. The condo is in an elevated building with no elevator. Located on the second floor, it requires climbing seven steps to access. Beach towels and chairs are not provided.Linens / Toiletries - All bed linens, kitchen towels and bath towels are provided for your convenience. Also included is a "starter set" of toiletries such as toilet paper, bath & dish soaps, shampoo & conditioner, paper towels, etc. but please keep in mind you will most likely need to purchase these items after your initial arrival.
Parking - A maximum of 1 vehicle can be parked at this property.
