Newly added sparkling pool! This beautiful Lowcountry home enjoys an open floor plan, beautiful marsh views, multiple outdoor living spaces, and a soothing connection to the maritime landscapes. Within an easy bike ride to Kiawah’s 10-mile beach, this peaceful community is close to all of the Island’s world-class amenities.
The living room features a large TV, doors that open to the wraparound porch and long marsh views. The shaded porch offers wonderful place to relax, socialize, and dine al fresco. The fireplace is not available for use.
Warm and intimate, the dining room seats eight comfortably and features large picture windows with lush views.
The sunny gourmet kitchen features a breakfast area with ample table space, upgraded appliances including a 6-burner gas cooktop and double ovens, and plenty of storage and counter space for cooking for the whole group!
The first floor master bedroom with a comfy king sized bed offers space for a sitting area, large picture windows with lovely views of the marsh, and private access outside to the porch, as well as to the enclosed sunroom. The master bath features double vanity, large shower, and separate tub.
Four additional bedrooms offer family and friends every comfort. There are 3 queen rooms and one with two bunks.
One dog is allowed for an added fee. There is a beautiful fenced in yard area for your pet to roam!
No smoking and no garage access is available. There are three outdoor cameras on property for your safety, the ring doorbell, driveway, and back porch. Pool can be heated for an added $100 per day, four day minimum required.
When you stay with ESPM for 3-21 nights you will receive a valuable credit of up to $280 (amount dependent on length of stay)to use toward beach gear, bikes, etc. Credit may not be available for last minute bookings, 48 hours notice is required.
As our guest, you will have access to 5 Championship Golf Courses – including The Ocean Course – the location of the 2021 PGA Championship; The Kiawah Island Resort Tennis Center - #1 ranked by Tennis Resorts Online; Free Wireless Internet Access; Our Local Property Management team is on hand in case of emergencies and their friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable staff can assist you with any needs throughout your stay. Additional housekeeping services are also available during your stay (mid-week clean or daily trash and tidy). No access available for resort pools or fitness center.
