The relaxing outdoor oasis offers a wrap-around privacy fence, outdoor shower + cold plunge, large farm-style table, TV, gas grill, corn hole boards, and bike rack with 6 bikes. Perfect for large families, groups of friends, or as a work-away retreat!
Newly renovated 1,400 sq ft open-concept townhouse with 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. The outdoor space is our favorite, featuring a private hot tub, outdoor shower, 10-person dining table, cozy seating area for cocktails, artificial turf for morning yoga or cornhole with friends, and even a 50" outdoor TV. The 7' privacy fence and large evergreen trees provide exceptional privacy, creating your own secluded retreat.
Inside, you’ll find an airy, beachy boho vibe with 12-ft ceilings in the living areas and a beautiful kitchen featuring walnut countertops and a handmade tile backsplash. Enjoy high-speed WiFi and TVs in every room. All beds feature tried-and-tested memory foam mattresses for a great night’s sleep.
The first bedroom sleeps up to 3 with a queen bed and twin trundle. The second sleeps up to 4 with a king on the bottom bunk, twin on top, and a pullout twin trundle. The master bedroom offers a spacious king bed and an ensuite full bath with a roomy shower.
For your convenience, we provide coffee, sugar, bath and beach towels, bed linens, paper towels, toilet paper, and soaps.

There is parking for 2 cars directly in front of the unit. Please park in the designate spots in front of signage. If you have additional vehicles please contact your host. The area is extremely walkable with bars, restaurants and grocery stores within a mile, not to mention all the places accessible within a 10 minute bike ride on the awesome bikes provided with this rental!
