The adjacent dining area comfortably accommodates up to ten guests for shared meals and gatherings.

The fully fenced backyard provides privacy while offering multiple spaces to dine, grill, and spend time together outdoors.
Beach access is located just down the street, and has a crosswalk and a boardwalk to the beach, allowing guests to easily walk to the sand and enjoy everything that makes Isle of Palms one of the most sought after Charleston beach destinations. The pool can be heated for an additional fee.
