An iconic go-to for sushi and inventive American classics. Menu highlights include their crispy chicken and lemongrass dumplings, charred tuna sashimi, classic steak tartare, sautéed filet of sole, and the hot grill roll. Menus and wine lists are available on their website; reservations may be made through Resy. Open 5 PM - 9 PM, Tuesday-Thursday; 5 PM - 10 PM, Friday-Saturday; 5 PM - 8 PM. Sunday; and closed Monday.
Morgan's Restaurant at the Interlaken Inn
A farm-to-table restaurant at the Interlaken Inn. Their menu is focused on American cuisine with a modern twist, incorporating organic and sustainable ingredients in signature dishes like smash burgers, fried chicken sandwiches, flavorful butternut squash ravioli, and various soups and salads. Open 5 PM - 8 PM, Tuesday-Thursday; 5 PM - 8 PM Friday; 7 AM - 10 AM and 5 PM - 9 PM, Saturday; 7 AM - 12 PM, Sunday; and closed Monday.
Mountainside Cafe
A farm-to-table restaurant in Litchfield serving a range of homey food from breakfast sandwiches featuring bacon or vegan sausage to omelets with flavor combinations like chorizo and pepper jack. Other menu highlights include the grilled chicken flatbread, chipotle chicken tacos, hummus wrap, and the Beyond Burger. Vegetarian options are also available. Open 7 AM - 3 PM, Wednesday-Sunday; closed Monday-Tuesday.

An UTV rental service with state-of-the-art Can-Am vehicles led by experienced guides. 60-, 90-, and 120-minute tours are available with prices starting at $119 per hour for the UTV and operator (each additional passenger costs $20 per hour; maximum of 4 people allowed per UTV). Undermountain Golf Course Inc.
A nine-hole executive course with views of both the Taconic Range of the Berkshire Mountains to the east and the Catskill Mountains to the west. Open to players of all levels. Bookings for tee time can be made here. Open 7 AM - 7 PM daily.
Spirit Ballooning
A local hot air balloon adventure company offering scenic flights over the picturesque landscapes of New England.
