Located a short walk from the beach and a quick drive from the heart of downtown Isle of Palms, this home is the perfect spot for your relaxing vacation.
Upon first arrival, Forest Trail’s beautiful exterior illustrates the newly built and gorgeous home. Surrounded by greenery, painted a bright and beachy shade, and offering a large front porch perfect for reading a book on a warm summer night, this home is almost as gorgeous as the sunset skies that you will be seeing during your stay on IOP. A large driveway boasts parking for six cars, allowing as much family and as many friends to enjoy your vacation with you.
Entering the home, an open concept living room and kitchen area can be found to the left, both great areas for entertaining. The bright, beach-themed decorations carry on throughout the house, as well as the high-end finishes and luxurious amenities. The living room features lots of seating around a large TV, great for movie and game nights with the family, and is open to the large kitchen. With a spacious island, lots of counter space, and great lighting, this kitchen is great for any kind of cooking you will do during your stay, and the new appliances make it easy, efficient, and enjoyable. Off of the kitchen is a large screened porch, complete with tables and seating and access to the large backyard.
Located down the hall is a cozy office space, a necessity for sending those last-minute emails before your days at the beach. Additionally on the first floor is a large family dining room with seating for 8, creating a comfortable area for gathering after long days by the sea.
The first floor is also home to 1 of the 3 suites. These bedrooms all feature large King sized beds, as well as additional seating. Also, each of these rooms has a connected full bathroom, creating a relaxing, spa-like feel, great for days after lounging in the sand. Upstairs, along with the 2 other King suites, is the bunk room. Hosting 4 full sized beds, this room is perfect for kids of all ages, and also has a full connected bathroom. These rooms provide the perfect space for relaxation and rest after long days in the water.
Back downstairs and underneath the main living area, this home features an exciting hangout space, complete with a bar top table and a ping-pong table, great for entertaining. This cozy space is the perfect area to spend some time with friends and family.
Right out the back door is a large fenced-in backyard and a beautiful pool. Shaded by large oaks, this spot is a great place to spend your nights after the beach, and the cool water provides a calming escape from the warm South Carolina sun. This spa-like backyard is sure to inspire relaxation and excitement, and will definitely become your favorite place in this vacation home.
Though your stay on Isle of Palms is guaranteed to be full of sunshine, saltwater, and sandy toes, this home will ensure that your vacation is so much more. With prime entertaining areas, a great hangout space, large bedrooms, and an exciting backyard pool area, this home encourages relaxation, memory-making, and quality time with family and friends.
