From coastal wall décor to tranquil splashes of color, the Coastal Calm (1362 Dunlin Ct in Fairway Oaks) combines luxury with charm at every turn.
Fully remodeled, the fabulous kitchen and stunning hardwood floors will make you glad you’re here and make you want to stay. Of course, the golf course views and short walk to the beach will beckon you to go out and play.
Enjoy your morning cup of coffee (or an afternoon glass of wine) on the back deck while watching golfers play through on the 16th green of the Cougar Point Golf Course. A pedestrian and bicycle-friendly Leisure Trail runs behind the villa for easy access to the beach or Kiawah’s extensive trail system.
It’s an easy walk to the beach. Even at a leisurely pace, you’re less than 5 minutes away from the sand, the surf, and the sea.
You’ll enjoy the privacy of this spacious end unit, which is located at the end of a cul-de-sac. As a two-story townhouse-style villa, that means no neighbors above or below. But don’t be surprised if some friendly white-tailed deer stop in the back or side yard to say hello.
Boasting two master suites (both with king beds), the Coastal Calm offers more than 1,500 square feet of comfortable living accommodations. Each of the three generously sized bedrooms includes its own private bath, walk-in closet, and flat screen HD television.
And when you’re ready to come together, everyone in your party can gather in the open kitchen, dining, and living areas. The kitchen is fully stocked, and you’ll find everything you need to prepare a family favorite or try a Lowcountry classic. Dine at the table, or enjoy a quick bite while sitting at the oversized granite island.
When it’s time to relax, the living room has a 46" HD television with sound bar and BluRay/DVD player, a vast selection of movies, and a collection of board games, cards, and puzzles. Whether your group wants to bond over a spirited game of Yahtzee or spread out and enjoy their own space, you can do it all at the Coastal Calm.
This villa is conveniently located in Kiawah Island's West Beach area, just 3/4 mile from the main gate. It’s a short walk to the Kiawah General Store. Or hop on your bike, and you’ll be able to access shopping and groceries at Freshfields Village within a few minutes.
