This house is divided into two rentals, one downstairs unit and one upstairs unit. This listing is for the upstairs unit only, and ONLY the upstairs unit has pool and garden access.

The large kitchen includes a full size fridge, microwave, toaster oven, range, dishwasher, dinnerware, pots & pans, and basic cooking tools. There is a bar with barstools for dining space but no formal dining area.
