This rental is divided up into two rentals, one downstairs unit and one upstairs unit. This listing is for BOTH the upstairs and downstairs rented out together.
There are a total of six bedrooms and six bathrooms (three upstairs, three downstairs). There is a large living area with two pullout sofas on each level if needed.
Each kitchen includes a full size fridge, microwave, toaster oven, range, dishwasher, dinnerware, pots & pans, and basic cooks tools. There is a bar with barstools for dining space but no formal dining area.
The rental has a large porch on both floors.
