Guests enter on the main floor. There are no bedrooms on the main floor. Upstairs there are two bedrooms, one with a King size bed and one with a Queen size bed. Downstairs there is a double bed that sleeps two. There is a queen size pull-out sofa in the living area on the main floor.
The kitchen and living area are on the main floor. The kitchen includes a full size fridge, microwave, toaster oven, stovetop, oven, dishwasher, dinnerware, pots & pans, and basic cooks tools. The living area is sunken.
We like to point out that there are two bathrooms, none of which are on the main floor. There is a bathroom upstairs and on the ground floor. We also prefer to make our guests aware that the stairs in this rental are spiral stairs.
