This newly renovated chic home enjoys a spacious deck with tree-lined views, inviting loungers where you can unwind and sunbathe, a hammock under the trees, an outdoor dining area, and a gas grill - just the perfect setting for summertime barbecues! Inside, you will discover a chic and natural design accented with Southern touches throughout. The bright and airy open floor plan makes it easy to connect the living room, dining area, and kitchen. Wind down in the welcoming living room, featuring numerous comfy sofas and a TV, or surprise your loved ones with delicious homemade meals prepared in the spacious, well-appointed kitchen complete with modern stainless steel appliances. While the beach will remain open and fully accessible, guests may see construction activity or equipment in certain areas nearby.
