This first-floor, renovated Turtle Point Villa is the perfect vacation spot with its dual master bedrooms, a back deck, and great golf and lagoon views. The villa is a leisurely stroll from Kiawah’s Five Star Sanctuary luxury resort and spa, steps away from Kiawah's spectacular beach, and a short walk from the Turtle Point Clubhouse and Tomasso restaurant and the Roy Barth Tennis Center.
The living area has beautiful shiplap accent wall, a comfortable couch, 2 chairs, large flat screen TV, and access to the back deck. Step out through the sliding glass doors onto the open back deck where you will find 2 lounge chairs, 2 upright chairs and a table. Enjoy the fresh air while watching wildlife in the lagoon or the golfers play on Turtle Point Golf Course's 18th tee box. The living room opens to the dining area that has a table and chairs for 4. The villa also has a great sunroom with a sleeper sofa, 2 chairs, and access to the back deck. The upscale, fully equipped kitchen features granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and barstool seating for 2. It is the perfect place for prepping meals and has everything you'll need!
The first bedroom showcases a king sized bed, flat screen TV, and has private access to a hall bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second bedroom also features a king-size bed, flat screen TV, and has a private master bathroom that offers a spacious vanity area and walk-in shower.
This villa is equipped with washer, dryer, and high-speed wireless internet.

When you stay with ESPM for 3-21 nights (not available in low season, late Oct to mid Mar)you will receive a valuable credit of up to $210 (amount dependent on length of stay) to use toward beach gear, bikes, etc. Credit may not be available for last minute bookings, 48 hours notice is required.

Property does have linen included. Additional housekeeping services are also available during your stay (mid-week clean or daily trash and tidy). Guests DO NOT have access to the resort pools (Night Heron Park, West Beach, or Tennis Club).
