The fully remodeled kitchen features quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, open shelving, and a generous island with seating. Whether you're preparing breakfast or hosting a group dinner, you'll find everything you need to cook and entertain with ease.

The home comfortably sleeps eight guests. The primary bedroom features a king bed, an attached private bath with a large walk-in shower, and double doors that open directly onto the screened-in porch and hot tub area. With the bubbling hot tub, wall-mounted smart TV, mini-fridge, lounge seating, and overhead fan, it’s the perfect spot to unwind year-round, watch the game, and sip a cocktail out of reach from the mosquitos. The fully fenced backyard is shaded by mature oaks and makes for a peaceful, private outdoor space ideal for kids and pets (with approval)

The host does live in the house next door and uses the sheds and garage for storage.
