Centrally located between Folly Beach and Historic Downtown Charleston, this house brings all the comforts of home and thoughtful vacation perks to ensure the perfect getaway for families, friends, and retreat groups.

The open concept layout is designed to bring everyone together, whether you're lounging on the leather sofa or prepping dinner in the kitchen. The spacious living-dining area is anchored by a beautiful solid-wood table that seats your entire group comfortably—perfect for shared meals, game nights, or spreading out laptops for remote work.

The fully remodeled kitchen features quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, open shelving, and a generous island with seating. Whether you're preparing breakfast or hosting a group dinner, you'll find everything you need to cook and entertain with ease.

The home comfortably sleeps eight guests. The primary bedroom features a king bed, an attached private bath with a large walk-in shower, and double doors that open directly onto the screened-in porch and hot tub area. Might we tempt you to end the day with a relaxing soak?!The remaining three rooms each offer comfortable queen beds, soft white linens, lots of natural light (and blackout curtains!) and plenty of closet space. All three bathrooms have been beautifully updated with clean, modern finishes and high-quality tile showers.

No Charleston home is complete without a screened-in porch! With the bubbling hot tub, wall-mounted smart TV, mini-fridge, lounge seating, and overhead fan, it’s the perfect spot to unwind year-round, watch the game, and sip a cocktail out of reach from the mosquitos. The fully fenced backyard is shaded by mature oaks and makes for a peaceful, private outdoor space ideal for kids and pets (with approval)
