One of Folly's Best! Hudson House is a lovely newly constructed 3 bedroom 3.5 bath home for the Folly Beach visitor. Owned and loved by the same people who bring you Beach Maverick you will also be sure to love this two story modern beachy retreat. This house is only half a block from Center Street where you will find delicious restaurants, funky shops, unique bars and nightlife. It is also less than a five minute walk to the beach. As soon as you pull up you will be welcomed by a large front porch complete with traditional haint blue paint on the ceiling and a comfy bed swing. Once inside you will find an open floor plan that allows for happy family gatherings as you prepare meals and talk about the day around the TV. There is a large kitchen as well as a half bathroom. There is one large bedroom downstairs with a king size bed and an ensuite bath. Upstairs are two large bedrooms with king size beds and en suite baths as well. They are separated by a comfortable lounge area where you and your family and friends can play games, read a good book or watch a great movie on TV. You can also catch up on your laundry! Each bedroom has a TV. There is an outdoor shower and the entire yard is fenced in so Fido can have room to play. Up to three well behaved house-broken and flea treated dogs under 100 pounds combined are welcome. Please include the size and breed when you inquire.
