This beautiful, newly renovated three-bedroom villa is one of the cypress and cedar-shingled Mariner’s Watch Villas (#4214) reminiscent of turn-of-the-century seaside cottages. Offering the closest villa location to the beach and ocean and featuring a private staircase leading from the rear deck directly onto the boardwalk—this is the quintessential coastal retreat.
This oceanfront villa features a spacious, open floor plan with breathtaking ocean views from the kitchen, living and dining area, and even the master suite. The great room showcases white, beamed ceilings, sprawling ocean views. and ship-lap walls. The fully appointed, sizable kitchen features everything a chef would need, ample counter space and a breakfast bar perfect for grabbing a bite before heading out to the water. Best of all, the kitchen is open to the Great Room, so the chef won't ever miss a part of the fun or conversation.
Bedding will include 2 king bedrooms and the third guest room with two twins along with a pull out sofa for an additional guest.
As our guest, you will have access to 5 Championship Golf Courses – including The Ocean Course – the location of the 2021 PGA Championship; The Kiawah Island Resort Tennis Center - #1 ranked by Tennis Resorts Online; Free Wireless Internet Access; Local Property Management staff is on hand in case of emergencies and their friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable staff can assist you with any needs throughout your stay. Additional housekeeping services are also available during your stay (mid-week clean or daily trash and tidy).
There is no grill available, nor is one allowed, due to Kiawah Island safety regulations imposed upon villas.

When you stay with ESPM for 3-21 nights you will receive a valuable credit of up to $280 (amount dependent on length of stay) to use toward beach gear, bikes, etc. Credit may not be available for last minute bookings, 48 hours notice is required.
Upon booking you will be sent a rental agreement to review and complete online. Your booking is not confirmed until this document has been submitted.
