Your own private beach house, no shared walls with strangers, no elevators, no crowds. Salt & Sand Myrtle Retreat blends a luxury, spotlessly clean interior with an easy coastal lifestyle: relax on the outdoor furniture in the low-maintenance turf yard, rinse off the sand in the outdoor shower, then stroll 8 minutes to the beach. Golf, shopping, and high-end dining are literally across the street.
THE HOUSE
Freshly styled with a clean, high-end feel throughout. Three bedrooms sleep up to 10: a king suite, a queen room, and a kids-favorite bunk room with two twin bunks and two queen bunks — plus its own AC for perfect sleeping temps. Two and a half baths mean no morning traffic jams. The kitchen is fully equipped (electric stove, coffee maker, air fryer, cookware, and more), and you'll have smart TVs with streaming, fast WiFi with QR-code instant connect, and a washer and dryer.
OUTDOOR LIVING
The private turf yard is made for slow mornings and golden-hour evenings, comfortable outdoor furniture, a gas grill with propane included, an outdoor shower for post-beach rinses, and lighting from dusk to dawn. Low-maintenance turf means no muddy feet and plenty of room to unwind. Beach gear (chairs and more) is provided, so pack light.
THE LOCATION
An 8-minute walk puts your toes in the sand, and the playground is on the way. Directly across the street you'll find golf, mini golf, shopping, and high-end restaurants. Barefoot Landing, Cherry Grove Pier, Alligator Adventure, House of Blues, Alabama Theatre, and Duplin Winery are all within 5–10 minutes, and downtown Myrtle Beach is a 20-minute drive. Quiet residential street, with the city feel right in your backyard.
Whether it's a family beach week, a golf trip, or a couples' getaway, you're steps from everything and still tucked away from the crowds.
A NOTE ON THE COAST
South Carolina's climate is hot and humid in summer and cool in winter. Because the cottage is all on one level, the occasional gecko, spider, water bug, ant, or centipede may find its way inside, even though we have the property treated regularly. It's simply part of coastal living!
A NOTE ON REFUNDABLE SECURITY DEPOSIT HOLD
A refundable $300 security deposit hold is placed on your card shortly before check-in. It is not a charge. It’s a temporary authorization that’s released automatically after checkout, provided there’s no damage. This simply protects the home so we can keep offering it at a fair rate for families
