💰 Guest Pricing
Our nightly rate is based on up to 4 guests. For groups of 5 or 6, an additional $20 per guest, per night is automatically added to your reservation. This helps cover the additional linens, laundry, and preparation needed to comfortably accommodate a larger group. We’re happy to welcome up to 6 guests and want to keep our pricing simple and transparent from the start.

PS - Unfortunately the course is closed on Mondays.

You will have access to the entire home, less the garage and the owner's closet upstairs (will be locked).

You will also have access to the 2 dining facilities (Main Clubhouse, River Club), tennis courts, pickleball courts, fitness center, championship golf course, and 2 pools (heated & cooled).

Dining will be at your own expense but there is 2 free rounds of golf for 2 per day of your stay (course is closed on Mondays). Use of the other amenities (like fitness center, tennis, pickleball, pools, and bikes) are included with your stay.

Access to the house will be through an electronic deadbolt, and your code will be generated for you and sent the day before check-in.

You can always interact within the app. Messages are responded to quickly during normal operating hours.

In case of an emergency, it is recommended that you reach out to the appropriate authorities.

Laundry Supplies are provided for your use. If you choose to use your own, it is requested that you ensure to use High Efficiency (HE) compatible products.

Cooking Oil generally available.

Keurig coffee pods and a variety of tea available to get you started along with Splenda, sugar and creamer.
