This brand new construction three-bedroom, three-and-a-half-bath home offers a seamless blend of comfort, style, and unforgettable scenery—perfect for family vacations or an elevated beach getaway. This home is modern and unique with all the features you can ask for on a beach vacation from the serene pool with its enviable views to the modern kitchen and inviting living spaces. This beautiful home inspires relaxation and embraces the natural beauty of its surroundings with large picture windows and sliding doors throughout to let in the light and spectacular views.

Set on one of the best beach front properties on the island with direct access to the beach. You’ll also have direct access to Seabrook's amenities as it is situated right next door to The Beach Club with two pools, a restaurant, bar, and coffee shop. Also across the street is The Island House residence club and golf course which also feature dining rooms, bar and pro shop.

The upper level is designed for rest and reflection. The primary suite is a true showstopper, featuring floor-to-ceiling sliding doors with sweeping ocean views, a cozy private balcony, and a spa-like bathroom where the sink faces the sea—so even brushing your teeth feels luxurious.

Also upstairs is a cozy TV lounge with a comfortable sofa, ideal for movie nights or quiet downtime. Two additional bedrooms complete the level: one with bunk beds, and another ocean-view bedroom with floor-to-ceiling sliding doors, its own small balcony, and a private ensuite bathroom.

The main floor is made for gathering and entertaining. The kitchen is a beautiful blend of French country charm and coastal elegance, featuring a stunning island and thoughtful details throughout. Just beyond, the dining area offers panoramic beach and ocean views—every meal served with a side of sea breeze.

The living space is warm and inviting, designed to take full advantage of the ocean backdrop. A stylish bar area with conversation chairs creates the perfect spot for cocktails and connection, flowing effortlessly outdoors to the plunge pool area, where you’ll enjoy unobstructed ocean views and the soothing sound of waves (pool can be heated for $90 per day plus tax).

From sunrise to sunset, this Seabrook Island home delivers an exceptional beachfront experience—luxurious, relaxed, and truly unforgettable.

The bedding is thoughtfully laid out for everyone's comfort. The master suite has a comfy king bed, the 2nd bedroom has a queen sized bed, the last bedroom is a bunk set (queen on bottom, xl twin on top) plus a 2nd partial bunk with an xl twin.

No smoking, no pets, no events, no exceptions will be made. Guests do not have use of the fireplace. There is an elevator that is locked, if you have a guest with a mobility issue we can accommodate but need advanced notice to unlock it. This property offers an optional premium 6-passenger LSV cart for rent. Simply download the app and scan the QR code on the windshield to rent. Rates can vary but generally run $110/day. This is considerably less than other rental options during the Spring and Summer months!

Seabrook Island is home to a private beachfront community with two championship golf courses, a tournament grade tennis center, full-service equestrian center, fitness and aquatics complex, long unspoiled beaches, a seasonal variety of indoor and outdoor dining venues for lunch, dinner and your own private events of any size. Also located on the island proper are Freshfields Village and Bohicket Marina. Freshfields Village is a unique town center mix of shopping, dining and service establishments in a stylish and relaxed outdoor environment between Seabrook Island and neighboring Kiawah Island. Bohicket Marina is home to 200 wet slips, 90 dry storage slips and a quaint market with wonderful restaurants and shops.

Seabrook Island Club Amenity Cards are available ($15 refundable deposit for card and additional fees for use of the facilities (dining cost, indoor pool access fee, classes, tee times, etc.).

Gate Pass and Parking: Max number of vehicles is 2 (including LSVs), no parking on grass, landscape, or roadways. There is a $50 charge per vehicle pass.

Pool Access: Two oceanfront, community pools at the Seabrook Island Beach Club. Indoor* and outdoor pools at the SIPOA Lake House. *Amenity card required to access the Lake House and additional fees apply for usage of the indoor pool.
