Guests rave that it’s sparkling clean, cozy, comfortable, and close to everything – with an accommodating host. Relax on the balcony and take in the expansive, peaceful view of the marsh area, enormous pool, and Atlantic Ocean. Chill out with your choice of channels/apps on the smart TVs with cable.

Best of all, it’s 300 steps from the beautiful beach with towels and beach accessories (chairs, umbrella, boogie boards and sand toys) supplied. The entrance to the beach is from inside the resort so it is private to guests.

Step into Palmetto Promise’s open-concept kitchen/dining/living area via convenient keyless entry and follow the natural light into the living room. Relax in the comfy seating area, arranged for conversation. Enjoy your favorite shows, movies, and sports on the living-room 55" TV with cable and streaming services. From the living room, you can easily step out onto the back balcony and take in the ocean air, listen to the waves, see people enjoying one of the largest beachside pools on the island or watch the birds.

Steps away from the living room, prep and cook your favorite recipes in the well equipped kitchen with stainless-steel refrigerator, stove/oven, and microwave. You’ll find plenty of prep space on the countertops and all the cookware, bakeware, dishware, flatware, glassware, serving-ware, small appliances, and utensils you need to prepare and serve your best culinary creations. Grilling on the charcoal grills located in the resort is also an option.

Grab your morning hot beverage from the Keurig or drip coffeemaker or hot-water kettle for tea. You’ll find several spots throughout Palmetto Promise to enjoy your beverage; try the breakfast dining area, the couch, or for fresh air – out on the east facing balcony where early birds can enjoy the sunrise. If you’re in the Master Bedroom, you have your own TV where you can relax and enjoy your beverage.

Dine at the dining table for six. Or dine al fresco on the balcony overlooking the marsh area, pool, and gaze out in the distance to the ocean. You’ll also find the balcony a delightful spot for lounging, soaking up a beautiful day, breathing in that salty sea air, and enjoying wine or cocktails. Gaze at stars by night and catch the sunrise in the morning.

Ahhh, the pool … Cool off, play, or swim in the crystal-clear water of the largest beachside pool, which is fenced-in and private. You’ll love hanging out with your group poolside and will find plenty of seating for everyone. Experience the pleasure of pool water. There is also the convenience of Jamaica Joe’s where you can get food and drinks without having to travel back to the room. This maximizes your time enjoying the water.

Another main attraction awaits you outside – your easy walking-distance access to the beach. You’ll love the convenience of a less-than-3-minute walk to the beach and no parking hassles. From the beach, you can also enjoy the wonderful food and beverages from Jamaica Joe’s.
Don’t forget that you are also staying in one of the island’s premiere resorts. This means you have resort level amenities to take advantage of too. You will love the modern fitness facility to keep your exercise routine on-track while here. You can also give the cook a break and enjoy a meal at one of the resort’s three on-site restaurants. Tennis your thing? Pickle ball? What about a bike ride to get some activity while seeing what the island has to offer? Bike rentals are available just outside the security checkpoint.

After a full day on the beach, or exploring all that the Hilton Head Island Beach and Tennis and the island have to offer – or just hanging out poolside enjoying the relaxing vibe – head for a restful sleep in your private queen bed, with TV and ample storage via closets and a dresser – and with a shared ensuite bathroom offering bathroom essentials such as towels and shampoo, conditioner, and soap.

Kids and kids at heart will love the bunkbeds. This provides a space for the kids to use their electronic devices to play their favorite games, watch movies and videos or escape into a book!

You’ll love the convenience of the washer and dryer provided by the resort. Just down the hall and open most of the day the commercial units handle the tough cleaning of what your day produced while you were having fun! Just download the free CleanPay Mobile app and scan the QR code on each washer and dryer to pay. Prepaid laundry cards are no longer used.

There’s no better way to get around Hilton Head Island than by bike. From scenic coastal roads to winding tree-lined streets, Hilton Head bike trails are the easiest and most enjoyable way to get around and see everything the island has to offer.

OVER 60 MILES OF PATHWAY
Hilton Head Island is completely connected by bike paths. Many follow main roads providing cyclists a safe, quick way to get around the island. From the Outfitters by the beach, head on the paths along Queens Folly Road and under the highway to Shelter Cove Harbour and Marina.

This is a great spot for lunch or evening entertainment and it’s only a short bike away. Lock your bike in one of the many bike racks and head off for some shopping, or to ride a jet pack, at the marina.

At Shelter Cove, you’ll find your first pathway kiosk. These are dotted all over Hilton Head Island and are your link to the rest of the trails with maps and other local info. You’ve only just connected to the main Hilton Head bike network.

Now it’s time to experience the low country. Take a proper bike trip north along the William Hilton Parkway, onto Marshlands Drive, then turn right onto Leg O Mutton Road, which takes you up a winding path on a lovely, quiet, wooded ride through the heart of Hilton Head Island’s amazing ecosystem.

From there, bear left and go under the highway and you’ll find the Honey Horn park and the Coastal Discovery Museum, both great ways to get close to the island’s nature. Or bear right and turn at Beach City Road to pass under the live oak canopy and into old Mitchelville.

Laundry is available on the same floor as the unit and is a commercial grade pay per use facility owned by the resort. Machines are paid with the free CleanPay Mobile app (prepaid laundry cards are no longer used). Download the app before your first load and scan the QR code on each washer and dryer to start it.

We do require the booking guest to be at least 25 years of age.
