Inside, Dunescape 102 offers a bright, beach-themed interior with spacious living areas designed for relaxed gathering after days by the ocean. The living room features comfortable seating, a large 60-inch flat-screen TV, and sliding glass doors that open directly to the oceanfront deck, creating seamless indoor/outdoor flow and uninterrupted coastal views.
🍽️ Chef’s kitchen & dining
The updated kitchen includes modern granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and cabinets stocked with cookware, dishware, cutlery, utensils, and grilling tools. An open counter with seating for four connects the kitchen to the living area, while the nearby dining table seats eight for family dinners, casual lunches, and relaxed meals between beach and pool time.

The primary bedroom features a king bed, comfortable bedding, large walk-in closet, TV, and sliding glass doors with full beach and ocean views. The ensuite bathroom includes a jacuzzi tub and double vanities.

The spacious primary ensuite features double vanities and a jacuzzi tub, while the additional full bathrooms provide easy access for guests preparing for beach days, pool time, and evenings out on Isle of Palms.

The oceanfront deck is one of the home’s standout features, offering seating for ten, tables and chairs for outdoor dining, and panoramic views of the Lowcountry shoreline. Stairs from the deck lead directly to the pool area, gas grill, and private beach gate, making it easy to move from morning coffee with ocean views to afternoons by the pool or under an umbrella in the sand.

Guests have access to the condo, oceanfront deck, community pool, gas grill area, private beach walk, and a storage unit for beach items. Two designated parking spots are included in the enclosed lot, and elevator access is available from the parking area to the unit.
