The living room features comfortable seating, a large 60-inch flat-screen TV, and sliding glass doors that open directly to the oceanfront deck, creating seamless indoor/outdoor flow and uninterrupted coastal views.

The updated kitchen includes modern granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and cabinets stocked with cookware, dishware, cutlery, utensils, and grilling tools.
