Sunny, spacious, exceptionally-located James Island house with great outdoor living space and boutique amenities. The house is a few minutes from Downtown and less than 10 minutes from Folly Beach, with all the amenities of high-end boutique hotels but with much more space. Newly renovated bathrooms, TWO living rooms with large flatscreen TVs and a Sonos wireless soundsystem all contribute to a luxury experience, perfect for small groups and families— plus, an outdoor shower!
For guest convenience we provide coffee, sugar, bath and beach towels, bed linens, paper towels, toilet paper, and soaps.

Guests have access to the entire home, Spacious backyard with great outdoor living space, and off street parking for 4-5 vehicles.
