Set within a majestic oak forest, the Maritime villas feel secluded yet are adjacent to the Sanctuary, East Beach tennis, and Kiawah's superb golf courses. Maritime is an ideal location is just across the street from the beach via Boardwalk 27 and is a short walk or bike ride to premier Kiawah Island amenities. This luxurious penthouse villa features an open interior, exquisitely detailed with hardwood flooring, beadboard accents, and high ceilings. This residence is beautifully adorned with sophisticated, yet comfortable, coastal furnishings. A coffered ceiling, fireplace with marble surround, custom built-ins, and wet bar highlight the spacious living room. Sliding glass doors open onto the screened porch, and a spiral staircase leads to the rooftop deck. From here, views of the Atlantic and the sounds of crashing waves can be enjoyed while lounging in the sun. Featuring granite countertops, subway tile backsplash, and custom cabinetry, the kitchen is open to the dining and living rooms. A Wolf® six-burner range, Sub-Zero® refrigerator, and farmhouse sink are both functional and stylish. The master suite features walk-in closets, access to the balcony, and a master bath clad in Carrara marble with his-and-hers vanities, soaking tub, and separate walk-in shower. Equally as beautiful are the three guest suites each with their own baths with granite vanities, beadboard accents, and subway tile. Guests will enjoy access to the private community pool and outdoor kitchen facilities, as well as two private covered parking spaces at ground level.
The Maritime community restrictions prohibit rental guests from bringing pets and from using the electric grills on the back deck and the fireplace for fire code safety reasons. There is a designated grilling area by the pool. The facility is also non-smoking.
When you stay with ESPM for 3-21 nights you will receive a valuable credit of up to $280 (amount dependent on length of stay) to use toward beach gear, bikes, etc. Credit may not be available for last minute bookings, 48 hours notice is required.
As our guest, you will have access to 5 Championship Golf Courses – including The Ocean Course – the location of the 2012 PGA Championship; The Kiawah Island Resort Tennis Center - #1 ranked by Tennis Resorts Online; Free Wireless Internet Access;. Local Property Management staff is on hand in case of emergencies and their friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable staff can assist you with any needs throughout your stay. No smoking and no pets allowed.
