From a dramatic, arched, front entry porch, the two-story foyer opens into the formal living room where a wall of floor-to-ceiling frameless windows blur the lines between land and river. A gas fireplace with granite surround and access to the rear covered porch, kitchen, and dining make this central room a much-loved gathering spot.

The spacious, wrap-around kitchen offers abundant marble-topped counter space and custom cabinetry for storage. A built-in refrigerator and range hood join a suite of upscale appliances including a 6-burner range and beverage chiller for stylish convenience. Just beyond the kitchen, a family room with a gas fireplace flows into a circular morning room overlooking the Kiawah River.

A guest bedroom with full bath joins a formal dining room to round out the main floor.

Upstairs, the primary suite and two ensuite bedrooms each enjoy access to either a riverfront screened porch or private balcony. Overlooking the Kiawah River, the primary suite has a custom built entertainment center, his and her closets, a circular office with coffee bar, sink, and storage, and a large bath with dual vanities, soaking tub, and walk-in shower. A curved set of glass doors with transoms and sidelights open onto the screened porch.

Designed with entertaining in mind, the expansive Ipe deck surrounds a saltwater pool and spa (pool can be heated for an extra fee, spa and pool cannot be heated simultaneously so if you pay for pool heating the spa is disabled) and outdoor grilling station.
